Underline words key to the topic that are important to gain the marks. Eg. Doctrine of precedence – Stare Decisis (and meaning), consistency, fairness.
Tip 6:
2 marks: 2 mins, 3 marks: 4-5 mins, 4 marks: 6-7 mins, 6 marks: 10 mins, 8-10 marks: 15-20 mins.
Tip 5:
When practicing 8-10 mark questions type your answer first so you can edit it during the year. Keep it around 600 words.
